Janet Jackson’s film can cover many stages of her life, from roles in the 70s and 80s sitcoms such as Good Times and Diff’rent Strokes, to her musical dominance, which earned her numerous platinum certifications, and more.

Jackson’s 2019 residency brought in $13 million and should lead to the release of a new album on the Black Diamond, supported by the Black Diamond tour. These plans seem to have been bogged down by the pandemic and little is known about postponement or adjustment.
